Cancellation Policy:
- Six (6) or more weeks prior to the first rehearsal: Cancellations made at least six (6) weeks before the first scheduled rehearsal are eligible for a full refund.
- Three (3) to five (5) weeks prior to the first rehearsal: Cancellations made between three (3) and five (5) weeks before the first scheduled rehearsal will receive a studio credit for the full amount paid. Studio credits may be applied toward future productions, camps, classes, musical theater classes, or private lessons.
- Two (2) weeks prior to the first rehearsal through the day before auditions: Cancellations made within two (2) weeks of the first scheduled rehearsal, but before auditions take place, will receive a studio credit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the amount paid. The remaining balance is non-refundable.
- On or after the day of auditions: Once auditions begin, no refunds or studio credits will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
