Marc has been teaching at Music to My Ears since 2015. He teaches violin, guitar, mandolin, ukulele and
other stringed instruments. He started playing guitar at age 14. After studying classical guitar at the State
University of Buffalo, NY he attended the Berklee College of Music in Boston before receiving a BA in
Music from Sonoma State University.

Marc plays a wide variety of musical styles including rock, pop, jazz, classical, Celtic and bluegrass and
enjoys teaching students from youth to adults. He also builds and repairs stringed instruments including
mandolins and violins. He lives in Petaluma with his wife and daughter.
