Caitlin Gurtner has been in community theatre her whole life, growing up in historical reenactment fairs around the Bay Area and participating heavily in her high school's drama department. She attended the University of Denver where she earned her BA in Theatre. After graduating, Caitlin returned to Sonoma County. Since then, she’s worked as a technician, designer, actor, stage manager, director, and teaching artist all around the Bay Area. She’s directed summer camps, children’s musicals, staged readings, and straight plays while also writing her own plays. She is excited to be back with Music to My Ears for another wonderful summer!
